Hello Fashionistas!!

I have been slacking for weeks and never wrote up my Leibster award blog post! So, {drum roll please} it’s finally here! I want to thank the awesome Kiki at Glammed by Tarin for nominating me! I feel so blessed to be getting recognition on my little silly blog, but THANK YOU =)

A Liebster award is given to up and coming bloggers with less than 200 followers. I am so thrilled to have been nominated!

11 things about me

1.) I am the middle of 3 girls.

2.) We I like to compare us to the Kardashian sisters, and of course, I’m Kim.

3.) I’m getting married 9/1/13

4.) I shop, or at least try to shop every day.

5.) I do not have the budget to shop every day. =(

6.) My favorite store is Forever 21 {I can get the most out of my small shopping budget}

7.) Pinterest, is a sick, sick obsession of mine, when I’m not at work, I’m on my kindle fire, pinning away for hours upon hours.

8.) I love food, but I’m a terrible cook.

9.) My signature scent is Gucci Guilty.

10.) The most expensive purchase I’ve made to date is my wedding dress.

11.) Although argued by most of my friends and family, I think owning over 100 pairs of shoes is perfectly normal. {I’m sure most of you would take my side on that one!}

The Questions asked by my nominator

1.) What is your favorite thing about blogging and why?
It’s like my own personal outfit journal, I used to write down what I wore every day for school since the 4^th grade {no joke} into freshman year of college, so this is a way to document my outfits with the world. And I never feel sad when I “wasted” and outfit on an un-eventful day, b/c all of you got to see it! Lol

2.) What does your Go-To look consist of?
Jeans, a colored tee, scarf and boots (or sandals or wedges in the summer time) That’s pretty much my go-to outfit when my brain is turned off and my kindle fire is dead {so I can’t surf pinterest real quick} it’s simple, comfy, and looks somewhat put together.

3.) What is your favorite quote? I have a few:

4.) If you could change one thing about your life what would it be and why?
Not a single thing! I believe every single thing I’ve done right, and wrong have put me exactly where I am right now. And I am pretty damn happy right now, I don’t think my life could be anymore perfect.

5.) What’s your favorite dessert? Gotta go with cheese cake

6.) Where do you see yourself ten years from now?
Oh lordy! 38, I haven’t quite thought that far into my future, I remember thinking about where I’d be at 30 and that was scary! I just want to live in the moment and not think too far ahead.

7.) What’s your favorite thing to do on Saturdays?
Relax, lay in bed with Trey catching up on TV, shopping and checking out the local thrift store.

8.) What’s your favorite TV show? Sex and the City-Yesterday, today and tomorrow.

9.) Describe your dream vacation? Overwater bungalow in Tahiti, just me and Trey

10.) Who is your role model?
I’m gonna go with Fashion Role Model-Carrie Bradshaw {I know she’s not real, but I just love her}

11.) If money was no object, what one thing would you buy for another person and why?
giant house for my parents, they’ve always taken care of me, I’d like to give back and take care of them.
