Chambray and Ruffles

Now that the weather is teasing us a little and we're getting a few nice-ish days here in Ohio, I'm trying to incorporate more dresses and skirts into my outfits.  I find that pairing a chambray top with a skirt is a good way to keep your arms covered and make the skirt a little more casual.  But I'm pretty sure the Hunters were all it needed to make this look more casual.
