Rhinestone Collar necklace/Striped Dress

I am in love with this striped dress. {Last seen here}  It's such a versatile piece and I have been able to wear it so many different ways.  This time with a black tee over top and a homemade rhinestone collar necklace {I literally just cut the collar off a dress shirt and bedazzled it myself}
